Cumberland Valley Breast Care Alliance is proud to provide the Mammagift Project©. The Mammagift© provides mammograms to uninsured women who reside in Franklin ,Fulton and Cumberland counties. With the support of our community our programs remain free.
CVBCA promotes early breast cancer detection through the MammaGift Project©. Early detection is one of the most important ways of fighting the disease. Women in our community may apply to the MammaGift Project© to be considered for coverage of mammogram costs. To qualify, you must:
-Be uninsured
-Have a referral by your medical care provider, or you may personally contact the CVBCA office
-Have a mammogram order form provided and signed by your physician, PA, or CRNP
-Complete the mammogram at a WellSpan facility or at Fulton County Medical Center Reach out to us today at 717-263-7191.
