CVBCA Bowl-a-thon has been an annual event since 1997.  Typically was held the last Saturday of February at Lincoln Lanes Bowling Center, Chambersburg, PA. In 2022, we changed the the location to Nellie Fox Bowl and we are having our Bowl-a-thon on the third Saturday in February! This event has grown from 11 teams of bowlers in 1997 to 62 teams in 2020! Teams of six people sign up and pay $60.00 ($10.00/bowler) which covers our cost of two games and shoe rental.  The team members then make individual donations or get pledges from others to support the four programs of the CVBCA. Several teams have participated in the event since its inception and have donated thousands of dollars over the years. Many teams come in costume or wear team T-shirts and name their teams! We always look forward to seeing our many "zany" supporters each year.  

The day is made even more fun with prizes for the team that collects the most donations. We have games of chance and talented face painters who volunteer to the delight the children and the young at heart! We have delicious food for sale that includes Franklin County’s best barbeque and delicious home-made baked goods and sweet treats. CVBCA merchandise is also available for purchase.

We invite you to think ahead, put together a team and come and support the CVBCA. Check our website in early January each year to print off a registration form. This is great way for our supporters to get some exercise and raise important funds to help support the programs of CVBCA!
